Whether you prefer Plaid, ACH, Risework, Wire Transfer, or other methods, we aim to make the payout process as smooth and convenient as possible. Additionally, to protect the integrity of the process, we implement KYC (Know Your Customer) checks through Sumsub. 1. Plaid 🏦

Plaid is a popular, secure, and easy-to-use method for linking your bank account to our payout system. It enables quick transfers to your bank account and is widely supported by U.S. banks.

• Speed: Payouts via Plaid are generally fast, with funds often reaching your account within 1–2 business days.
• Availability: This option is available for traders with U.S. bank accounts.

2. ACH (Automated Clearing House) 💳

ACH transfers are a reliable method for withdrawing funds to your U.S. bank account. ACH is a widely used electronic transfer system.

• Speed: ACH transfers typically take 2–5 business days to process.
• Availability: This option is available for U.S. traders who wish to receive payouts directly into their bank accounts.

3. Risework🔑

Risework is a secure and global payment processing platform that allows for efficient domestic and international transactions. It is ideal for traders outside of the U.S. but you are welcome to use either option if you are a U.S. Based Trader. We Offer Plane for those who may be in a restricted state, country or territory of Riseworks. 

• Speed: Payouts are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

• Availability:  supports international payouts, allowing non-U.S. traders to access their funds easily.

4. Wire Transfer 💸

Wire transfers are a trusted method for large payouts and are available globally. This option allows you to send funds directly to your bank account.

• Speed: Wire transfers can take anywhere from 1–3 business days, depending on the banks involved.
• Availability: This method is available to both U.S. and international traders, with a focus on larger payouts.

KYC Checks 🔍

To ensure the security of your funds and prevent fraud, Halcyon Trader Funding requires all traders to undergo KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This process helps us confirm your identity and ensure that your payouts are processed securely.

We use a trusted and efficient KYC verification service, to handle the verification process. Here's how it works:

KYC Process:

1. Submit Documents: You will need to provide identification documents, such as a passport, driver's license, or another government-issued ID. You may also need to provide proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement).
2. Verification: we will verify your documents and identity. The verification process is typically fast, but it may take up to 48 hours.
3. Approval: Once your documents are approved, your account will be fully verified, and you will be eligible for payouts through your chosen payout method.

Why KYC is Important:

• Security: KYC helps prevent fraudulent activities and ensures that only legitimate traders receive payouts.
• Compliance: The KYC process ensures we comply with international regulations regarding financial transactions.
• Smooth Payout Process: Completing KYC verification ensures your payouts are processed without delays.

Important Notes 📌

• No Payout Without KYC: Payout requests cannot be processed until your KYC verification is complete. If you have not yet completed this process, please ensure you submit your documents as soon as possible.
• Processing Fees: While we do not charge any commission fees for payouts, please be aware that the payout processor may apply fees, which will be passed on to you. These fees are independent of Halcyon and are out of our control.
• Minimum Withdrawal: For all payout methods, there is a minimum withdrawal amount of $250.
