billing refund policy

Auto Renewals:

All subscriptions will renew automatically for that product’s specified renewal rate. An evaluation account or funded account renewal does not change any account balance. If any account if “failed” we will process the auto renewal and provide the user with a reset of the failed account at time of renewal. Evaluation  or Funded Account Resets do not extend the amount of time of your auto renewal billing date.

No Refunds:

All sales of  any evaluations, funded evaluations, reset fees and other fees associated with Evaluation or Funded trading accounts are NON REFUNDABLE. There are no exceptions. No refund will ever be given by the company,  Halcyon Trader Funding LLC or any of its vendors for any of the services provided at any time, there is no exceptions. Any user that registers and intentionally or claims to unintentionally submit an order for any account, reset or product listed on this website agrees there will be no refund and no chargeback or fraudulent claim with their financial institution or any payment provider that they may have used at the time of any and all transactions.   

Billing:
By signing up, the user understands that there are NO REFUNDS. Billing will begin immediately on the day and time of signup and will continue every 30 days thereafter until the user manually cancels the subscription. Due to billing operating on a 30-day cycle, the billing date may vary slightly each month. It is the user’s responsibility to manage their subscription. If the user wishes to cancel, it must be done via the website 24 hours before the renewal date. There are no partial refunds or any refunds in general. The account will remain active through the end of the 30-day period, after which it will automatically renew unless cancelled.

Cancellations:
If the user cancels their subscription, either intentionally or accidentally, they understand that it is not possible to reactivate the account for any reason. To continue using the service, the user must create a new account. The user agrees not to dispute any charges. Any disputes will result in any and all company attorney fees added to the amount owed. Any unpaid fees may result in a ban from the company and any future transaction until the user makes the company whole for any and all outstanding balances.
